Processing time
Paid orders are usually checked and prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery options
Standard delivery normally takes 5–8 business days after dispatch. Express delivery normally takes 2–3 business days. Available methods and charges are displayed before payment.
Tracking and customs
Tracking is added to your order after dispatch. International deliveries may be subject to local customs review, duties or taxes according to destination rules.
Delivery issues
If tracking has not updated for five business days, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with your order number.
